Week 84: Merry Christmas to All, and to All a Good Night
Merry Christmas, Y'all! Hope you had a wonderful time enjoying friends and family while celebrating the Savior's birth.
The KLM was good this week. We had Christmas ZoCo which was really enjoyable. We made little missionary ornaments like the ones in Elder Gong's talk from the First Presidency Christmas Devotional. It was also so fun to see 3 zones' worth of missionaries, and I got to see some of my best friends! We had everyone there share their favorite Book of Mormon verse, as we've all read it cover to cover over the last 4 months together. It was a really good time.
We had two exchanges this week. One with the Radcliff Elders, and one where we both went down to Campbellsville to blitz their area. We simply had one goal, and it was to get 30 testifying contacts, and to light the lighthouse. It was fire. We only got it in the Campbellsville blitz, but we did good work with Radcliff as well. Sadly, I did not become a Radcliffian for the day, but stayed here in Etown with Elder Hunsaker. It was a vibe.
Campbellsville has a new senior couple, and they are super awesome. They treated us to a Chinese Buffet at the end of our blitz which was good. We also got some Zaxbys for lunch which was 😋
And then there was Christmas!
Probably one of my favorite gifts was I found out Tony, Janet, and Jazzy are on date for baptism January 20th!!! I was so excited!! Best present ever. Surely, I'll be allowed to go. Surely!
Anyways, it was a slay of a week. Excited for New Years! Always a party!
Hope y'all have an awesome week of break!
With Love,
