Week 99: Cincy Tornadoes
Hey Hey Hey!!!
How's it going y'all?!
Hope you had a wonderful conference weekend, as I know I did!! So excited for the Temple in Cincinnati!!! Been praying for that one for years, so so grateful that it's finally happening!
But first off, it's finally April which is just insane! I literally go home next month, which is so weird to think. On Tuesday though, I went on exchanges with the Charlestown Elders which was pretty fun. We enjoyed teaching one of their friends on date who is super elect, and she's getting baptized this coming Saturday!
It was also an exciting exchange because there was some pretty sever storms and a couple of tornado sirens went off. Some tornadoes touched down near us, but thankfully we were ok. I wish I could be here another summer to have some more Kentuckiana thunderstorms in the summer. It's seriously like my favorite weather.
The rest of the week was spent getting ready for General Conference with inviting anyone and everyone to watch a Prophet of God speak! We were able to have a lot of friends watch over the weekend, and it was really awesome to see them enjoy it!
On Friday, I gave a mini training in district council on Social Media, so that was a vibe. Always love captivating an audience of missionaries with doing work over social media. I tried to make it fun, so surely it was good for them.
But, Conference. I loved this weekend so much!! I just love getting to hear from ordained servants of God speak messages of hope and peace. I especially loved all of the messages about Temples, Temple work, and covenants, as that's a subject near and dear to my heart. I'm so grateful that the Prophet was able to speak even at 99 years old. So many of the messages from the weekend touched my heart, and I hope many of them did for you all as well! If you haven't listened to them yet, go give it a try at churchofjesuschrist.org
Other than that, this was good. We cancelled one of our exchanges, which gave us more time to work our area, so it was probably for the best. It's crazy that this week I will start the last transfer of my mission. We find out transfer news on Wednesday, and then transfers will be on Friday.
So yeah, next Monday will also be 100 weeks, or 23 months since my setting apart which is literally insane to think. Looking forward to the final transfer of my mission to finish strong in helping others come unto Christ!!
Love you all so much!!

One of the most interesting member meals of my life (#AprilFoolsDay). Essentially they made meatloaf in the shape of cupcakes (with Purple Mashed potatoes #squeezed on top as the frosting) and a "pizza" in the form of a cookie for the crust, strawberry glaze for sauce, and fruit and white chocolate shavings as toppings. So a vibe indeed. #dessertfirst with cupcakes first!

Once again severely lacking this week...
I also spent a whole 5 seconds proofreading this email, so surely there's no typod (oh wait, oof)
